The International Conference on Maritime Autonomous Systems and Shipping (ICMASS-ISSS 2025) will take place on 8–9 October 2025 in Hamburg, Germany
Registration
All attendees including authors and chairpersons are requested to complete online the ICMASS-ISSS 2025 Registration Form, which will be available on page Registration.
At least one of the authors of each paper must accomplish the registration not later than June 30, 2025 and pay a conference fee not later than July 31, 2025 to guarantee the paper to be published in the Conference proceedings. Each paper requires a separate registration.

Conference Fee
All amounts are payable in Euro (€). Participants have to bear any bank charges.

Note: Registration for early bird starts on April 1, 2025 and ends on May 15, 2025.
The Conference fee includes:

It is generally expected that authors of papers scheduled for presentation will secure their own funding for attending the conference. Registration for the ICMASS-ISSS 2025 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the ICMASS-ISSS 2025 organizers before September 8, 2025.
The cancellation fee is 100 €.
Cancellations after September 8, 2025, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Conference Proceedings
The ICMASS & ISSS 2025 Conference proceedings are published online by IOP Publishing Ltd (Journal of Physics: Conference Series).
Conference Dinner
On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, the Conference Dinner takes place on board the MS Princess.
Note: The ship MS Princess will be moored at the pier of the Fraunhofer Center for Maritime Logistics and Services CML (Blohmstraße 32, 21079 Hamburg, Germany).
