Important Information for Authors

## Scientific Publication

Authors of the scientific conference should be aware of the following key points:

Submitted abstracts have been reviewed by the Programme Chair. If successful, authors received an invitation to submit a full paper or finalise a presentation. Full paper submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process managed by the International Programme and Management Committee to ensure a high quality.

Authors must follow the guidelines set by the publisher, available at IOP Publishing Support. Abstracts should be submitted through the Morressier portal, and templates for full papers are provided. By submitting an abstract, authors agree to the Proceedings Publication Licence and its conditions.

It is important to note that full paper submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, overseen by the International Programme and Management Committee, ensuring a high-quality review.

Author Guidelines

Guidelines a publication within the proceedings are the following:
1. Authors seeking publication in the proceedings must submit a full paper that, as a recommendation, is between 8 to 12 pages in length (or longer).
2. An author should not submit more than two articles to the conference, including co-authored papers. More information on authorship can be found at the provided link, and any exceptions must be approved by the editor.

## Presentation Only at the Conference

Guidelines for any other form of publication or presentation:
1. For authors who wish to participate without seeking publication, may submit either a poster or a presentation after their abstract has been accepted.


By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence:
